RayBooster is a Ray-Tracing Acceleration Library.
It provides to software developer some tools to enhance his ray-tracing application performance.
The main assets of
RayBooster are:
Performance:
RayBooster will make your ray-tracing software
faster than ever! You can speed up your application from 2 to 10 times. RayBooster's low memory
requirements also allow you to run very complex scenes (10 to 100 millions polygons).
Please have a look to the
v3.0 Benchmark
page under the Technic menu for additional information.
Adaptability:
RayBooster doesn't require any complex settings to provide
its best performance: small scenes, complex scenes, wide or focussed simulations, RayBooster self
adapts to any type of simulation.
Stealthiness:
as RayBooster is only about performance
improvement and not about physics, it does not create any need to modify your algorithms.
Ease of integration:
with just a few function calls, you can integrate RayBooster into your software. Typical test
integration takes only a couple of days to perform for a developer who well knows the target software.
